    Hello there,

    I am loving this theme and I seem to have stumbled into an issue. The centered title on the home page seems to have a spacing problem. I must have done something to cause this, but I am not sure how to fix it.

    Take a look

    Thanks for the help!

    A side question also – I can’t seem to get the email form to actually send an email to the desired email address. On wordpress I have targeted my email that I wish to receive emails, but with no luck

    Hi,

    About spacing problem – I must see URL, so I could check the source and do Inspect element.

    About email issue – it’s something about your server settings (which you can’t change). Because I’m not an expert on these issue, I can only suggest to use some kind of contact form plugin (like Contact form 7).

    Hi,

    Add this to Extra CSS and change the values

    .section-title {
      margin: 0 0 30px 0;
      padding: 30px 0;
    }

    The margin/padding property can have from one to four values.

    margin: 25px 50px 75px 100px;
    top margin is 25px
    right margin is 50px
    bottom margin is 75px
    left margin is 100px

    margin: 25px 50px 75px;
    top margin is 25px
    right and left margins are 50px
    bottom margin is 75px

    margin: 25px 50px;
    top and bottom margins are 25px
    right and left margins are 50px

    margin: 25px;
    all four margins are 25px

    Forgive my ignorance, but where do I add this extra css? 🙂

    Thank you for your support!

    It’s in the Brankic Panel. In your Dashboard on the left, under Appearance.

    I see!

    I’ve added the Extra CSS and tried playing with their different values, but it doesn’t seem to be giving me the desired effect.. I am looking for less space in the title, not more..

    How did my title even end up this way? I never touched the CSS.

    Thanks!

    Perhaps I’ve just fixed it – Does it seem right now?

    Hi,

    I see Extra CSS working. Just have to insert right values.

    Try to insert all 0px and than change it one by one…

    Surprisingly, revisiting this thread because the same issue has popped up again. However, this time the extra CSS doesn’t seem to be helping.

    I am noticing something additional happening: I wanted to see what the margins are supposed to look like. So, I visited the original themeforest page for bigbang and in the photos, they all featured the margins looking correct. HOWEVER.. If you live preview the website, the margins do not appear correct.. Am I misunderstanding something here? Sorry if this is confusing. My website is still http://www.kevinstiller.com if you want to take a look!

    Thanks so much

    Sorry for the slightly low res image, but here is what I am looking at:

    The top image is the live preview. The bottom image is the photos being used to advertise the site on themeforest.

    Update: I was able to fix my personal site by using negative values on the top margin!

    Second update: It looks like as a result, every other page’s margins are now off significantly

    Hi,

    Sorry for late answer.

    You can specify negative values for top margin only for one page. Check the source of the page and look for the class next to BODY tag.

    For your home page it’s page-id-861

    So, in the Extra CSS add this before your code
    .page-id-861 .section-title ...
